FAQs
What packages do you offer?
Each brand takes a different journey, and requires different deliverables and timescales. Because of this, I charge for time rather than stunting the project into packages. All jobs are bespoke to their brief, which means we can work to your specific requirements and budgets.
I’d like to work with you, what happens next?
Firstly I always like to meet new clients in person, this establishes a better working relationship and helps the brief to be discussed thoroughly and allows it to be challenged, making sure it’s asking the right questions and solving the right problems.
What is an example of the branding process?
Once the brief and costs are agreed upon, the first phase of research and brand strategy begins, looking at your target audience, ethos, values, purpose and insights into the market which can then inform the visual stage of the process.
Once we have the bones, reason to exist and structure of the brand, this is when we begin to visualise these insights and create 1,2 or even 3 brand concepts. We will then meet and run through these initial designs, and review and make changes until the brand is 100% right for you and your business. After sign-off, you will receive your branded deliverables.
What do I get included with my brand?
Depending on the brief and what’s required, on average a brand will come with the following deliverables: Brand DNA (including values, purpose, audience etc.), Logo/Wordmark, Typography, Colour Palette, Brand Imagery, Tone of Voice, Examples of brand roll-out, Social Media posts and any included brand collateral agreed, eg. Business Cards, Campaign Ads, Social Templates, E-sig- natures.
How long does a brand take?
Each project differs depending on what’s required as final deliverables. There might be illustrations or photography required, which can take additional time. How much research needs to be taken in the initial phase can also determine timescales. On average from meeting to delivery can take 4 weeks, but it could be faster or longer. If you have a specific deadline, we can aim to work around that.
When do I pay for everything?
Once you’re happy with costings, we require 50% of the proposal cost to begin the process. The remaining 50% is to be settled once the brand has been agreed and finalised, and at this point is when the brand assets will be released to you.
